The Tech Awards Gala

Each year, The Tech Awards Laureates are honored at a formal attire Gala hosted by The Tech Museum at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California. The Tech Awards Laureates are recognized onstage and presented with an award trophy to celebrate their accomplishment. One Laureate in each award category receives a $50,000 cash prize.

If you are planning on attending The Tech Awards Gala, you might want to consider making a night of it in San Jose.

Thanks to the generosity of The Tech Awards hotel partners, we are able to extend the following discounted room rates:

At the Fairmont Hotel: $155/night

At the Hilton and/or Crowne Plaza: $109/night on Thursday, Nov. 19 (other discounted rates available for other nights of the week if interested)

At the Sainte Claire: $109/night

When you call to make a reservation, let them know that you want the special rate extended through The Tech Awards. If you choose to stay at the Sainte Claire Hotel, we recommend you make your reservation online.
